Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Floor Management, Garment Factory, Problem solving and decision making, Production Planning and Coordination
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Prepare monthly production plan based on information received from merchandising team by managing capacity both inside and outside of the organization.
∎ Consult about the upcoming work load with Head of production and assist them to take appropriate action.
∎ Review plan on daily basis and set alternative plan to meet customers' deadlines.
∎ Develop the monthly production requirement for in house fabric, print, embroidery, and washing capacity from the garments production plan and update concerns accordingly.
∎ Schedule deliveries based on production forecasts, material substitutions, storage and handling facilities, and maintenance requirements.
∎ Analysis total capacity and total work to be done in standard minute value and carry out scheduling of the resources.
∎ Coordinate inventory and cost control programs.
∎ Build effective communication with the departments of fabric, merchandising, production, quality, store, and maintenance to facilitate execution of the plan.
∎ Assist superior to execute and evaluate staff performance, new recruitment, promotion, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development. Ensure that safety, quality, maintenance, compliance issues are taken as part of the job.
∎ Conduct the daily production meeting to follow up the weekly shipment schedule and running problem which is related with shipment.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Conduct quarter and annual business reviews.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management.

∎ Age 35 to 50 years
