• Good Bangla & English communication skills

Rahim Workshop Limited is looking for a creative, responsible and performance-driven Digital Marketing & Content Executive to manage and strengthen our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Manage regular content publishing across Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms.
• Develop weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Generate creative ideas for Reels, videos, project showcases, educational content and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Technical and Project teams to develop relevant marketing content.
• Maintain consistent RWL branding across all digital platforms.
• Perform basic to intermediate video editing for Reels, short videos and promotional content.
• Create or coordinate social media graphics and promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, leads, cost per lead, reach, engagement and conversions.
• Continuously improve campaigns based on performance data.
• Research competitors, market trends and new digital marketing opportunities.
• Support lead-generation activities through Facebook, website, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
• Prepare regular Digital Marketing Performance Reports.
