Sutar Kabbo is looking for a responsible, experienced, and creative professional to manage our showroom operations, sales team, and digital platforms. We are seeking someone who can ensure excellent customer service while efficiently managing both offline and online business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations and manage the sales team.
• Handle customer billing, cash counter, and sales transactions.
• Manage online orders, bookings, order processing, and courier dispatch.
• Create, schedule, and publish daily content on Facebook and Instagram.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage communications across digital platforms.
• Coordinate showroom sales with online orders and inventory.
• Ensure smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and timely order fulfillment.

Job Details

• Position: Showroom & Digital Operations Manager
• Working Days: 6 days per week
• Weekly Holiday: Sunday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Workplace: Sutar Kabbo Showroom
• Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and capabilities
