Education
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a relevant engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 35 years
Relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment operation will be preferred.
Experience with sterile injectable manufacturing equipment will be an advantage.
Knowledge of machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, and GMP documentation.
Responsibilities & Context
Operate sterile manufacturing and packaging equipment, including ampoule/vial washing machines, sterilization and depyrogenation tunnels, filling and sealing machines, vial capping machines, and lyophilizers, as applicable.
Perform machine setup, changeover, line clearance, and routine operational checks according to approved SOPs.
Monitor critical process parameters and ensure that equipment operates within approved limits.
Maintain equipment logbooks, batch-related records, machine operating records, and other required documentation.
Coordinate with Production, QA, and Engineering departments to resolve equipment malfunctions and operational issues.
Support equipment qualification, validation, and aseptic process simulation activities, as applicable.
Follow cleanroom gowning procedures, aseptic practices, contamination control measures, and cGMP requirements.
Ensure safe equipment operation and promptly report breakdowns, abnormalities, and maintenance requirements.
