Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Masters of Business Administration (MBA) will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Branding, Computer skill, Coordinating, Decision making, Managing Capability, Planning and organizing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure 100% admission in various training courses;
∎ Provide direction to maintain and develop skills related Partnership;
∎ Conduct data analysis of all technical programs and provide direction to eliminate gaps;
∎ Planning workshops by industry Guest Trainers;
∎ Prepare training curriculum, module, and materials for skills training programs;
∎ Maintain quality of the training as per the guideline of partners;
∎ Monitor training feedback reports from the other branches across the country;
∎ Conduct Training Need Analysis and prepare proper planning in developing employees;
∎ Regularly visit branch/ field offices to ensure proper qualities of the Training Programs;
∎ Prepare report or proposal as per the guidelines of partners/ donor agencies;
∎ Represent our Organization in various forums, groups, and programs;
∎ Implement approved projects of partners;
∎ Help in business development;
∎ Supervise, monitor, and coordinate the projects of partners;
∎ Evaluate the performance of the employees;
∎ Prepare annual budget to run the programs;
∎ Conduct tasks as per the requirement of authority;
∎ All related tasks related to Project Management; &
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ At least 7 Years working Experience where 3 years' Experience in Senior Post.
∎ Ability to work on tight schedule and must be able to meet the deadlines.
∎ Hardworking, honest, energetic and innovative.
∎ Have creativity, integrity, initiatives and imagination.
∎ Prepare to accept challenges and work under pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse group of colleagues and external stakeholders is essential.

Salary: Tk. 60000 - 100000 (Monthly)
