∎ The role of the Chief Coordinator is to take responsibility for all sorts of Short and Long courses and to support the planning,development, and delivery of that course.In particular, the role promotes the excellence and currency of the course, ensures that the course aligns with Institute and Faculty or Institute plan and, where necessary, integrates with other courses and units, efficiently manages resources associated with the course delivery and undertakes all requisite monitoring, evaluation, and reporting associated with the course. The Course Coordinator has a key role in assisting the Management in assuring the quality of academic programs and facilitating student success at the Institutions. The role encompasses course planning, course design, and development, course delivery, selection of educational resources, assessment, students` learning outcomes, and course evaluation. Chief Coordinator is also liable for Facing and Meeting Audit Teams, Participating in all sorts of Tenders, Arranging all sorts of MoU.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure 100% admission in various training courses
∎ Provide direction to maintain and develop skills related Partnership
∎ Conduct data analysis of all technical programs and provide direction to eliminate gaps
∎ Planning workshops by industry Guest Trainers
∎ Prepare training curriculum, module, and materials for skills training programs
∎ Maintain quality of the training as per the guideline of partners.
∎ Monitor training feedback reports from the other branches across the country
∎ Conduct Training Need Analysis and prepare proper planning in developing employees
∎ Regularly visit branch/ field offices to ensure proper qualities of the Training Programs
∎ Prepare report or proposal as per the guidelines of partners/ donor agencies
∎ Represent our Organization in various forums, groups and programs
∎ Implement approved projects of partners
∎ Help in business development
∎ Supervise, monitor, and coordinate the projects of partners
∎ Evaluate the performance of the employees
∎ Prepare annual budget to run the programs
∎ Conduct tasks as per the requirement of authority
∎ All related tasks related to Project Management
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 to 10 years of working experience at NGO at managerial level
∎ Minimum Honors or equivalent from any discipline
∎ Must have strong communication and negotiation skills with various Donor agencies.
∎ Must be comfortable in interacting with Donor agencies
∎ Must be pro-active, self-motivated, and a good team player
∎ Must have fluency in written and spoken English
∎ Must have competency in MS Word and MS Excel
∎ Should have various types to competency Based Training & Assessment under BTEB
∎ Must be willing to work outside Dhaka on demand
