Installation & Commissioning

1. Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and operational verification of laboratory equipment.

2. Ensure that instruments are installed according to the manufacturer's guidelines and specifications.

3. Provide user training and operational guidance to customers.

After-Sales Service & Maintenance

1. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of laboratory instruments.

2. Diagnose technical faults and coordinate with manufacturers for advanced technical support when necessary.

3. Maintain service records, installation reports, and maintenance documentation.

4. Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer service requests.

Technical Documentation & Coordination

1. Prepare technical specifications, compliance documents, service reports, and equipment comparison sheets.

2. Coordinate with international manufacturers and suppliers regarding technical issues, spare parts, warranty claims, and product updates.

3. Support the preparation of tender documents and technical bid submissions.

Sales Planning & Reporting

1. Prepare regular sales activity reports, customer visit reports, and sales pipeline updates.

2. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

3. Coordinate with the sales, procurement, and management teams to ensure timely delivery and successful execution of orders.

Professional Development & Compliance

1. Stay updated on new technologies, product developments, and industry trends.

2. Participate in manufacturer-led product training and technical workshops.

3. Follow company policies, workplace safety procedures, and manufacturer-recommended service practices.

Technical Sales & Business Development

1. Promote and sell scientific, laboratory, and analytical instruments to universities, research institutes, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and industrial laboratories.

2. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.

3. Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations based on customer requirements.

4. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.
