Job Responsibilities:
∎ Obtain and maintain a compliant factory as buyer requirement.
∎ Ensure Legal documents (Fire License, Factory License, Tread License, various approvals, Chemical, Boiler and Generator) are updated through respective departments.
∎ Implement the legal requirements related to health & safety, wages and benefits, working hours, disciplinary actions.
∎ Implement the requirement of ACCORD STANDARD in respect of Fire Safety, Electrical Safety and Structural Safety.
∎ Coordinates and faces buyer's audit and third-party audit body (SADEX, BSCI, BETTER WORK, ACCORD, etc) by providing required documents.
∎ Implement the requirements of Buyers.
∎ Conduct regular internal audit for keep the premises compliant.
∎ Prepare various policies related for legal requirements.
∎ Prepare the audit Corrective Action Plan (CAP).
∎ Schedule, conducting and documenting compliance related training.
∎ Daily monitoring and ensuring employees are using PPE.
∎ Daily monitoring of Fire Safety issues.
∎ Arranging and documenting the Committee meeting.
∎ Ensuring Chemical safety by monitoring MSDS and secondary containment usage.
∎ Checking the Maternity Bill.
∎ Monitoring and updating Fire Equipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have sound knowledge in MS Office programs.
∎ Good level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
∎ Ability to multi-task and strong commitment to meet deadlines.
Salary: Negotiable
