Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Senior position is directly responsible to Top Management has sufficient experience of Group Corporate Management and is responsible for managing smooth HR operations of Full Group which include providing periodic Manpower Reports, Designing and Preparing a set of comprehensive budget and control system to mitigate risk as well as to enhance the accuracy of the companies reported Human Resource effective results.Create, Control and Guide overall strategic HR Operations for Group of Companies. To maintain liaison with Departments/Units/Plants/Projects and individuals on mutual interest for smooth operation of HRM functions. To assist in design & implementation proper KPI & monitor Process. To maintain & update HRIS related issues Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction. Develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives. Maintains knowledge of similar industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organization's compliance. Performance Management: Design, development and implementation of performance appraisal program and provides advice and recommendations to Top Management. Oversee the development and implementation of companies core competencies, values, and key performance measures into performance appraisal system. Analyzes and reports on measurement results. Workforce Development and Succession Planning: Conducts assessments and gap analysis on employee skills and training. Assesses various staffing needs to determine methods to address current and future conditions, including retention management, realignment, recruitment planning, and career development. Assists with developing and identifying educational opportunities for employee development. May assist with change management initiatives by conducting readiness assessments, job-impact analysis, and skill and capability assessments. Set the Organization's pay structure and benefits offerings and determine competitive wage rates and develop or modify compensation plans. Evaluate employee benefits policies to assess whether they are current, competitive, and legal. Follow-up/ handling company compliance and sustainable compliance issue. To ensure legal compliance of policies, disciplinary procedures, employee separation from service procedures and prepare severance payment as per Labor Law.
