Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university.
∎ MBA in HRM or PGDHRM will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist the Functional Head of HR / superior authority for establishing, developing, implementing and maintaining the management system of the company.
∎ Must have adequate updated knowledge on labor code, Compensation & Benefit issues, compliance related issues etc.
∎ Maintain office filing system and take direct role in office administration.
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge about Payroll system and can prepare salary sheet.
∎ Ensure the factories always prepared/ready for following audits like, Social compliance Audit, Technical/Quality Assurance Audit & Security System Audit (CTPAT)
∎ Ensure Compliance on Health & Safety as per in house check list
∎ Follow up / take instant corrective action on auditors certain minor findings /discrepancies during audit.
∎ Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up; regularly as per CAP submitted
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-4 years experience in the related field
∎ Additional Job Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ General HR, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Organization Development/Process Improvement, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
∎ Excellent communication skill both English and Bengali
∎ Must have basic computer skill, Ms Word, Ms Excel, E mail etc.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self motivated.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
