Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree, Masters will be given preference any discipline from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange routine welfare meetings and Training, such as: Orientation, WPC, Fire, Grievance etc.
∎ Follow-up the social standards/ requirements regarding Child Labor, Forced Labor, Non- Discrimination etc.
∎ Encourage to workers to put up their grievance freely.
∎ Act as a bridge between the management and the workers.
∎ Aware the workers of their legal rights and others privileges.
∎ Maternity benefit and payment records, termination, dismissal, discharge records and procedures.
∎ Disciplinary & Grievance Policy, Maternity & all others leave benefits to the employees.
∎ Maintaining the BEPZA Labor Law 2006 amended 2013 & 2015 and Buyers COC.
∎ Child care and Dinning / canteen room monitoring and follow-up.
∎ Absent workers counseling and data base maintaining.
∎ Salary & wages safety & Security Procedure, Health Procedure, Accident Procedure, Training. Procedure & plant.
∎ Prepared 5's daily workplace.
∎ Monitoring the house keeping supervisors regarding their activities and reporting.
∎ Worker Lunch Monitoring.
∎ Any other work assigned by the Management.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Labor Law
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile Able to work in a team.
∎ Must have training from better work (ILO).
