Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).
∎ Training/Trade Course: Inventory, Store.
∎ Skills Required: Distribution management, Inventory or Store or Warehouse, Store/ Inventory.
∎ Skills Required: Procurement
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Export/ Import through L/C
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all receiving and distribution of Store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ Have to maintain inventory of store by using Software.
∎ Receive store materials from local, and foreign suppliers and any other sources as per the LC/purchase approval document.
∎ Have to maintain proper records, and tags and track surplus properly.
∎ Prepare monthly stock reports regularly & Maintain store ledger properly.
∎ Liaison with the Sales team, Purchase and Material, QC, Commercial, Production, and other related departments.
∎ Have to generate regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and maintain required CRM.
∎ Develop and arrange deliverable materials in-store areas (As Needed).
∎ Prepare & maintain all records of raw materials, products, and packaging movement.
∎ Receive & inspect deliveries to ensure they meet expected specifications.
∎ Strongly handle all kinds of incoming & outgoing materials.
∎ Able to work well under pressure & lead fellow members. Inventory should be maintained in the name of the product.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Self-motivated, highly committed, independent, and result-oriented team player
∎ Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
∎ Expert in CRM Software, Microsoft Excel Advance Level, Excel/ MS Word/PowerPoint.
∎ A professional degree/Certificate in Logistics Management would be advantageous.
Salary: Negotiable
