Job Location: Narayangonj (BSCIC)
Responsibilities
To carry out all QA activities as per guideline.
To check the raw materials of Tablet Production during dispensing
To ensure the cleanliness of tablet production area (Granulation Room, Blending Room, Paste preparation Room, Compression Room, Coating Room, Blister Room & Packing Room. etc)
To review and compile individual Batch Record before release/rejection.
To carry out validation activities.
To assist Manager, Quality Assurance in documentation control.
To prepare Monthly Report.
To initiate Change Control and ensure proper implementation.
To prepare Annual Product Review Report.
To carry out Trend Analysis of all Quality Reports.
To assist Manager, QA in internal quality audit/self-inspection.
To ensure laboratory instruments are kept in order and calibrated or performance checked for accurate analysis.
To maintain proper record of chemical consumption for uninterrupted QA analysis.
To submit report timely and properly and maintain documents of all the required papers properly in the files. To ensure all documents are updated.
To test bulk/intermediate Tablet products and take measures for immediate correction of any deviations.
To carry out in-process control of intermediate, bulk and finished product (if necessary). To report and record deviations so that immediate corrective measures can be taken.
To maintain Line Clearance
To check the overprinting of packaging materials.
To maintain housekeeping properly
To carry out any other assignments given by the authority to meet the company objectives within.
