∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Preferable BBA / MBA.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attend & serve passengers at the sales counter in respect of their bookings, ticketing answering queries and provide all other reservation & ticketing Service to ensure smooth booking ,ticketing operations and customer service.
∎ Attend tele-phone calls and make flight booking and answer queries.
∎ Perform pre & post flight departure activities.
∎ Issue & re-issue of tickets and process for refunds.
∎ Revalidate & endorsement of tickets.
∎ Action on pre-paid ticket advice.
∎ Respond to fares queries.
∎ Process tickets/ miscellaneous (MCO ) refunds.
∎ Finalize daily ticket sales reports, reconciliation of accounts and submission of cash & credit card charge forms to accounts.
∎ To load and unload auto ticket stock from the printer before & after business hours.
∎ Ensure all accountable documents such as MCO, revalidation stickers, refund authority are available in sufficient stocks placed at the counter.
∎ Actions on reservation & ticketing queries through emails.
∎ Maintain filing of ticket agents coupons.
∎ Wear neat and clean company uniform.
∎ Any other action not mentioned above & related to counter sales may be added Subsequently.
