• Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in field marketing, trading operations, supply chain, or import-export coordination. (Fresh, highly energetic graduates with exceptional market knowledge are also encouraged to apply).

• Industry Knowledge: Full understanding of local market dynamics, trading channels, and B2B/B2C sales environments in Bangladesh.

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) for reporting, data analysis, and pricing calculations.

• Communication: Excellent active communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Work Ethic: High level of time-boundness, punctuality, and target-driven attitude. Field mobility is a core requirement of this role.

• English and Bengali typing in computer. English Language understanding.

• Willingness to travel frequently within local markets and meet various trade partners.

Swapnojatra Sources is a dynamic trading company specializing in importing diverse products from China and distributing them through both B2B and B2C channels in Bangladesh. We are expanding our operations and looking for a driven, energetic professional to lead our market expansion, liaison with our sourcing teams, and manage our sales channels. Summary We are looking for a young, energetic, and market-survey Marketing & Supply Chain Executive who will spearhead our field marketing, product sourcing coordination, and sales operations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between local market demands in Bangladesh and our sourcing team in China. This role requires active field movement to showcase product samples, gather market intelligence, manage B2B trader relationships, and oversee digital platforms (F-commerce and E- commerce) with the help of a junior staff

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. Market Exploration & Demand Collection

• Regularly visit local markets to showcase product samples, assess market trends, and collect comprehensive data on market demand for various products imported from China.

• Identify potential B2B traders, retailers, and bulk buyers, and build strong business relationships.

2. Supply Chain & China Team Coordination

• Relay detailed market feedback, demand forecasts, and product specifications to the China sourcing team Ningbo Amin Trading and Swapnojatra Sources management.

• Coordinate with the supply chain network to gather necessary feedback, pricing insights, and logistics information for products sourced from China.

3. Pricing & Import Management

• Compile collected market and supply chain information to formulate competitive price offers for traders.

• Manage import workflows from China to Bangladesh based on confirmed trader demands and orders.

4. Team Leadership & Digital Operations

• Form, guide, and lead a high-performing marketing team, supervising one direct reporting staff member who will assist with field-level order collection.

• Oversee and manage the companyʼs F-commerce and E-commerce platforms to drive digital sales alongside offline channels.
