∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain formal documentation and database records according to agreed standards of the organization.
∎ Maintain & update HRIS timely
∎ Monitor housekeeping activities, security system, health and hygiene, transports management activities and all facilities management.
∎ Maintain daily attendance of employees, overtime & lunch records.
∎ Update and ensure Leave & attendance Management on HRIS.
∎ Arrange Programs/Event Management (like monthly/quarterly/annual programs like picnic, cricket tournament, team building activities, etc.)
∎ Responsible to manage Employee ID Card & Business Card
∎ Assist to prepare salary & OT report
∎ Collect corporate offers for employees.
∎ To perform any other responsibilities assigned by superior on time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good analytical, planning and coordination skill
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent command over English and professional writing skills
∎ Good knowledge in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email Writing.

Salary: Negotiable
