Job Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify, source, and develop new business opportunities within the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and payment collection targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with developers, contractors, structural engineers, architects, and project managers.
Site Visits & Inquiries: Conduct regular field visits, follow up on leads, and prepare product-related quotations, proposals, and offer letters.
Sales Documentation: Draft sales agreements, collect necessary client documents for order booking, and prepare quotations, daily activity reports, and delivery invoices.
Coordination: Coordinate closely with the plant production, quality control, and logistics/transit teams to ensure timely on-site delivery.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand to pitch effective marketing strategies.
Collection Recovery: Ensure regular follow-ups for smooth invoice settlement and payment recovery from clients.
