Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Relevant Experience of minimum 03 to 05 years (according to the positions) in the reputed organizations of frozen and dairy categories.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Launching products coordinating with different functional team within the organization and following the launching tracker properly.
∎ Assist in developing brand guideline, category planning.
∎ Contribute in formulating and executing marketing strategy to lead the category with growth and overall create an emotional association with the targeted consumers.
∎ Liaising with advertising agency to plan, develop and execute the communication program ensuring the objective.
∎ Analyzing Market Data to do competitive analysis and identify gap in quality distribution.
∎ Supervising the design development of Pack design, promo-materials and ensure the conformity of those designs in the final production.
∎ Develop and update consumer portrait, consumer engagement funnel for the assigned brands.
∎ Carrying out market research required for different marketing objectives.·         Understand in-store environment in terms of pricing, promotion of competitors.
∎ Devising functionally aligned Brand Plan emphasizing digital for new and existing Products.
∎ Engaging brands with consumers through digital marketing.
∎ Exploring innovative avenues to promote products.
∎ Organizing different on-ground and interactive digital events.
∎ Track and monitor the performance of different communication program.
∎ Managing Business Results through Batch Costing, different Financial analysis and P&L.
