Responsibilities & Context
Job context:
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled IE Executive/ Sr. executive in our sewing , cutting , finishing section to join our Knit Garments team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in production planning, time & motion study, line balancing, and efficiency improvement within a knit-based manufacturing environment.
Responsibility :
Conduct time and motion study for sewing /cutting/finishing operations.
Analyze line performance and efficiency to achieve production targets.
Prepare operation bulletin, SMV, and capacity study reports.
Coordinate with planning, production, and quality teams for continuous improvement.
Implement methods to reduce non-productive time and improve line balancing.
Ensure daily IE reports and data accuracy for MIS updates.
