Education
- Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
- HSC (Vocational)
Preference will be given to candidates having practical experience as a Main Tile Machine Operator in a Block/Tiles Manufacturing Factory.
Candidates with hands-on experience in Concrete Block, Paver Block, AAC Block, Precast Concrete, Tiles or other Construction Materials Manufacturing will be preferred.
Experience in machine operation, mould/die setting, production control, quality inspection and basic machine troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
Candidates having practical knowledge of raw material feeding, production process, curing and finished product quality control will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context
Operate and monitor Main Tile Machine efficiently as per production requirements.
Set and adjust machine parameters, moulds, pressure, speed and cycle time.
Ensure proper tile size, thickness, shape and production quality.
Monitor raw material feeding and maintain smooth production flow.
Identify machine abnormalities and perform basic troubleshooting.
Conduct routine cleaning, lubrication and basic machine maintenance.
Maintain proper production output and minimize machine downtime.
Inspect finished tiles for visible defects and ensure quality standards.
Follow production schedules, workplace safety rules and operational procedures.
Maintain daily production and machine operation records.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Production and Quality Control teams when required.
Ensure proper handling of tools, moulds and machine accessories.
