Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Additional training in Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, or ISO standards will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements
- Age At least 27 years
Minimum 3– 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing factory.
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
Experience in spices, rice, chanachur, oil, or FMCG food production will be preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent production planning and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of food manufacturing processes and quality assurance systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context
Location: Factory – Kamtal, Barpara, Bandar, Narayanganj
Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily factory operations and production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality standards.
Supervise production staff, machine operators, warehouse personnel, and support teams.
Implement and maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures.
Monitor raw material consumption, production output, and inventory levels.
Ensure proper maintenance and efficient operation of all machinery and equipment.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Procurement, and Management departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
Reduce production wastage and improve operational efficiency.
Manage factory manpower planning, attendance, and discipline.
