Responsibilities & Context
Job Context: Worksprout is a private limited software export company based in Rajshahi, Bangladesh, delivering high-quality software solutions to international clients, primarily in the United States. We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Full Stack Developer who can own features end to end, from robust Django backends and REST APIs to modern, responsive front-end interfaces built with React.js or similar frameworks.
The ideal candidate has hands-on production experience with Django at an advanced level (ORM performance, authentication and permissions, background jobs and deployments) and is equally comfortable building clean, component-based UIs. You will work closely with product, design and mobile teams on shared APIs, and ship code that is tested, documented and ready for real clients. This is a full-time, onsite role in Rajshahi (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 BST).
Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using Django and Django REST Framework.
Build modern, responsive front-end interfaces using React.js (or Next.js, Vue.js or a similar framework).
Develop reusable UI components and manage front-end state using tools like Redux, Context API or React Query.
Design and integrate RESTful APIs used by both web and mobile clients.
Model data with the Django ORM and migrations, and write performant queries (select_related, prefetch_related).
Implement authentication, authorization and role-based access control, following security best practices (CSRF, XSS, CORS).
Work with PostgreSQL, Redis and Celery for data storage, caching and background tasks.
Customize the Django admin and CMS-style workflows to support internal operations.
Write unit and integration tests, take part in code reviews and keep code clean and well documented.
Deploy and maintain applications on Linux servers (Gunicorn, Nginx) and support CI/CD pipelines using Git and GitHub Actions.
Optimize application performance, page speed and database queries across the stack.
Collaborate with designers, mobile developers and project managers to deliver features on time for international clients.
