Role Description
The Full-Time Math, Science & Computer Science Teacher will design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for assigned grade levels:
Strong subject-matter expertise in Mathematics, Science, or Computer Science, with 8–10 years of relevant teaching experience and the ability to teach across the relevant grade levels.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or a closely related field.
Teachers will be assigned based on their subject specialization, qualifications, and the academic needs of the school.
This is an on-site role that includes preparing lesson plans, teaching daily classes, assigning and assessing homework, quizzes, projects, and examinations, and providing regular feedback on student progress.
The teacher will differentiate instruction to meet varied learning needs and support students in developing critical thinking, problem-solving, scientific inquiry, digital literacy, and practical skills.
The teacher will maintain a classroom environment that reflects the school’s values of respect, tolerance, inclusion, and academic excellence.
For Science and Computer Science classes, teachers are expected to incorporate appropriate practical activities, experiments, demonstrations, projects, and educational technology where applicable.
Additional responsibilities include participating in curriculum planning, collaborating with colleagues and parents/guardians, attending staff meetings and professional development sessions, and contributing to school activities and events.
