∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Candidates having PGD in HRM or Diploma in Social Compliance will have an added advantage

Job Context:
∎ Kallol Group of Companies, one of the renown and leading conglomerates in FMCG, Watch & Writing Instrument industry is seeking an experienced professional to fulfill the role of Head of Human Resources & Administration.
∎ As the Head of HR & Admin, the person will be responsible to oversee all aspects of HR & Administration management of different subsidiary companies of the organization that includes 3 Joint venture companies
∎ This position offers opportunity to lead the HR & Admin functions of the organizations that comprises developing and implementing strategies, policies and procedures to support growth and achieve goals of the organization

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies, HR policies and guidelines that support to achieve overall organization's goals and objectives
∎ Ensure compliance with all HR related laws and regulations.eg. labour laws, and health and safety regulations etc.
∎ Represent the company in all matter of mutual interest with labour unions, Employers' Association and govt. agencies
∎ Liaise, negotiate and administer the factories and other administrative issues with govt. offices, local entities, eg. Fire & civil defense department, labour office, environment office etc.
∎ Develop and implement safety, security & protocol of the office premise, factories, its properties and personnel
∎ Develop and manage recruitment and retention strategies that ensure the organization to attract and retains top talent.
∎ Develop and implement structured benefits and compensation systems in line of company's policies and industry practices and in compliant to local laws
∎ Develop and implement performance management systems that provide employees with clear goals and objectives, regular feedback, and opportunities for growth and development
∎ Develop, monitor, evaluate HR & Administration budgets; ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
∎ Develop and implement policies and procedures and a clear process for addressing grievances and safeguarding issues
∎ Plan, control and supervising the transport pool cost effectively
∎ Maintain Key Performance indicator for HR & Administration function and report to the management, eg.,
∎ Key Measurement Index:-
∎ Employee Retention: Maintain high employee retention rates through effective employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development.
∎ Employee Satisfaction: Achieve high levels of employee satisfaction through regular surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action planning.
∎ Compliance: Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
∎ Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that attracts, retains, and develops talent for the company
∎ Training and Development: Increase employee knowledge and skills through effective training and development programs.
∎ HR & administration Metrics: Develop, monitor, and report HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well conversant with labor laws, local laws & regulations
∎ Keen knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act-2006 and Amendment act -2013
∎ Strong functional skill, leadership capabilities
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
