∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Training and Certification on practical issues related to HRM in the context of Bangladesh.
∎ Skills Required: Reporting and Documentation, Administration, Coordinator, Excellent communication skill, Human Resource Management, Job Analysis & Manpower Planning, Training & Development

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 30 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Human Resource Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Workforce Planning and Employment
∎ Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy
∎ Interviewing applicants
∎ Administering pre-employment tests
∎ Assisting with completing background investigations
∎ Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations
∎ 2. HR Development
∎ Conducting training sessions
∎ Administering on-the-job training programs
∎ Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
∎ Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs
∎ 3. Total Rewards
∎ Analyzing job duties
∎ Writing job descriptions
∎ Performing job evaluations and job analyses
∎ Conducting and analyzing compensation surveys
∎ 4. Employee and Labor Relations (union environments)
∎ Interpreting union contracts
∎ Helping to negotiate collective bargaining agreements
∎ Resolving grievances
∎ Advising supervisors on union contract interpretation
∎ 5. Employee and Labor Relations (non-union environments)
∎ Assisting with processing employee grievances
∎ Overseeing engagement programs and other employee relations work
∎ 6. Risk Management
∎ Developing and administering health and safety programs
∎ Conducting safety inspections
∎ Maintaining accident records
∎ Developing Security Protocols
∎ Preparing government reports as to remain in compliance
∎ In addition to this, additional responsibilities include:
∎ > Optimize and digitize all of the above mentioned HR processes.
∎ > Review and propose to the board updated solutions for company policies on a case-to-case basis.
∎ > Responsibilities of Head Administrator.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be adept in both English and Bengali speaking and writing. Must be able to handle autonomy of Department.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
