Responsibilities & Context
* Lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control team.
* Implement QMS, SOPs, and quality standards.
* Ensure quality from fabric inspection to final shipment.
* Reduce DHU, rework, rejection, and customer complaints.
* Improve RFT and prevent defects at source.
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
* Manage buyer requirements, audits, and complaints.
* Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
* Proven experience in a senior quality management role.
* Experience in large-scale export-oriented factories.
* Experience with Japanese and Korean buyers is an advantage.
* Strong QMS knowledge, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
