Salary: Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.Other benefits will be discussed with the selected candidate.

1. Oversee the overall academic and administrative activities of the Madrasa/Islamic School.

2. Prepare and supervise class routines, lesson plans, examinations and academic activities.

3. Teach Islamic Studies, Qur'an, Arabic and other subjects according to qualifications and institutional requirements.

4. Supervise, guide and coordinate teachers and other staff members.

5. Maintain student attendance, discipline, academic records and progress reports.

6. Monitor students' Qur'an recitation, memorization, Islamic knowledge, manners and character development.

7. Ensure a safe, disciplined, respectful and child-friendly learning environment.

8. Communicate effectively with students, teachers, parents/guardians and management.

9. Organize examinations, teacher meetings, educational programs and other institutional activities.

10. Monitor the quality of teaching and ensure that the approved curriculum is properly followed.

11. Prepare regular academic and administrative reports for the management.

12. Lead the institution by example and maintain high standards of Islamic manners and professionalism.

13. Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
