Additional Requirements
20 years of experience, including at least 10 years in major infrastructure, MRT/Metro Rail, Railway or building construction projects. Should have strong knowledge of HSE management systems, risk assessment, safety inspection, emergency response, accident investigation and implementation of project HSE plans. Relevant international HSE certification will be an advantage
Candidates must have proven professional experience relevant to the respective position.
Experience in MRT/metro rail, railway, or other large-scale infrastructure projects will be given preference.
Experience working with international construction firms and on JICA/ADB-assisted projects will be an added advantage.
Foreign nationals and candidates with proven experience working on overseas projects will be considered an added advantage, subject to applicable laws, work permit requirements, and project requirements.
Candidates should possess strong leadership, analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, as applicable to their respective positions.
Good command of written and spoken English is desirable.
Candidates must be proactive, responsible, results-oriented, and capable of working in a multidisciplinary project environment.
