Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify Training and Development needs of new employee within an organization.
∎ Design and Expand training and development program based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
∎ Maintain and update HR software.
∎ Has to perform day-to-day HR operations as well as periodical and special assignments.
∎ Update internal databases with new hire information on HR software.
∎ Develop effective induction program for new Staff & Worker.
∎ Monitor and Review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
∎ Devise individual learning plans and conduct appraisals.
∎ Produce training materials for in-house courses.
∎ Create and/or deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning.
∎ Manage the delivery of raining and development Program.
∎ Ensure that statutory training requirements are met.
∎ Evaluate training and development program.
∎ Amend and revise program as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
∎ Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses.
∎ Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.
∎ Assist to Paper work for HR policies and procedures.
∎ Preparing Training File and Update accordingly time to time.
∎ Assist to performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh labor law and EPZ law.
∎ Proficient in Excel

Salary: Negotiable
