Job Context:
∎ NRC is looking for a Legal Assistance (ICLA) Project Manager to join the Bangladesh mission. The role holder will be responsible for the implementation of the Information, Counselling, and Legal Assistance (ICLA) projects for the Area Office in Bangladesh.
∎ 12-month contract duration.
∎ 40% travel, approximately.
∎ Grade 8 in NRC`s Salary Scale, with accompanying terms and conditions. NRC offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Humanitarian legal aid mid-senior project management experience in a humanitarian/recovery context.
∎ Legal assistance expertise.
∎ Legal identity documentation and statelessness; and Housing, Land, and Property rights knowledge and expertise.
∎ Project management experience (including people management and motivation, project cycle management, monitoring and evaluation analysis, and donor reporting).
∎ Complex and volatile context exposure.
∎ Bangladesh, or sub-regional Bangladesh/Myanmar, context exposure and knowledge, pertaining to displacement and humanitarian needs will be an added advantage.
∎ English fluency, both written and verbal.
