Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic ISP Trainer with strong networking knowledge and practical experience in Internet Service Provider (ISP) operations.
Conduct technical training sessions on networking fundamentals and advanced networking technologies.
Provide practical training on IP addressing, subnetting, TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, and switching.
Train participants on MikroTik RouterOS, including configuration, troubleshooting, and network management.
Provide training on GPON, OLT, ONU/ONT, fiber-optic networking, and FTTH technology.
Explain ISP network architecture, bandwidth management, PPPoE, DHCP, NAT, firewall, and QoS.
Demonstrate network troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization techniques.
Prepare training materials, presentations, lab exercises, and technical documentation.
Evaluate participants’ technical skills and provide ongoing guidance.
