Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain HRIS and Database Software.
∎ Maintaining attendance, off day, Leave management, daily in and out time record.
∎ Daily factory manpower report prepare.
∎ Prepare employees wages & compensation, final settlement, and maternity benefit, Earn Leave, Eid Bonus & Others additional benefit.
∎ Update Employee performance appraisal, Increment & Promotion.
∎ Update employee personal file.
∎ Prepare various reports on Payroll software.
∎ Deal with the recruitment process.
∎ Handle disciplinary matters, grievance procedures etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Excellent communication in written & speaking in English.
∎ Knowledge of MS Office application.
Salary: Negotiable
