• Attend team meetings on time.
• Keep workstation ready for operation.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain specified quality standards.
• Complete tasks as per defined processes.
• Minimize fault rate and ensure quality consistency.
• Keep all materials/SFG/FG safe to avoid damage or loss.
• Show willingness to learn new tasks.
