Manager (Accounts & Commercial)

• At least 10 years

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting

Chartered Accountant (CA-CC)  

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Trading or Export/Import

• Age 40 to 45 years
• Only Male

Additional Requirements:

·    Strong practical knowledge of LC & Import Documentation.

·   Very good understanding of Bangladeshi Banking and import procedure.

·  Knowledge of Customs, HS Code, duty/tax and clearance procedures.

·     Proper Accounting & Reporting knowledge.

·   Responsible for preparation of Financial Statement (Balance Sheet, P & L Account and Cash Flow Statement).

·    To oversee the regular cash & bank transactions.

·    Tally ERP Software knowledge must require.

·    Excellent communication skill in English.

·   The applicant should have experience in the following business area (s): Trading Business (Import)

·    Any other Job assigned by the Management.

Responsibilities & Context:

Oasis Minerals and Metals Limited is looking for an experienced, dynamic and result-oriented professional for the position of Manager (Accounts & Commercial) to manage and coordinate import and commercial activities related to Stone, Coal, Food Grains. Practical experience in import operations, shipping, customs clearance, port operations, import costing, LC & Banking.

Candidate should have accounting knowledge to prepare company accounts and audit.
