∎ Candidates with PGD in HRM & PGD in Compliance will be given preference

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Applicant with experience in working footwear exporting organization will be given preference.
∎ A minimum of 8 years' working experience at Admin, HR & Compliance Department.
∎ Candidate should have strong knowledge on Labor Laws, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development of different sectors.
∎ Candidate should Have ability to Monitor over all administrative & HR functions of an export-oriented factory to detect breach of compliance and take immediate appropriate action.
∎ Candidate should be able to Organize and lead the HR & Administration team effectively related to personnel, recruitment, training, procurement, salary compensation & benefit, disciplinary procedure, performance appraisal and official support.
∎ Candidate should be able to Arrange Fire & Safety, Security and Company Law Training, maintain employee benefit and personnel record with regards to compensation, health and medical insurance, and other state and government regulations.
∎ Outstanding communication skill and interpersonal abilities.
∎ An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skill.
∎ Candidate should be able to communicate fluently in English and Bengali

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Efficiently resolve all Compliance issues, maintain healthy & safe working environment and be prepared for audit at any time.
∎ Able to execute overall factory operations and Admin/HR activities. Develop and implement company policies and regulations, make the renewal of all necessary license/certificates/permits.
∎ Ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards·
∎ Oversee all business operations relating to compliance including policies, investments and procedures.
∎ Prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ Face audit like Amfori BSCI, SEDEX, ALLIANCE, LWG, WRAP, C-TPAT for different kinds of buyers·
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance issues.
∎ Report to Management (HR/Compliance) and DGM/GM (Admin, HR & Compliance) accordingly, prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues, conduct trainings with our suppliers and their workforce regarding human- environmental rights and grievance mechanisms. Also arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness training, etc. effectively.
∎ Encourage and motivate workers for better performance and make them understand about importance of factory's rules and regulations, buyer's COC & Country Law. Act as an effective communication liaison between workers and management and bring grievances of workers to the notice of management.
∎ Find out the non-compliance issues by the daily monitoring & internal audit in the factory, take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively.
∎ Follow up the management of recruitment, working environment & working conditions, leave, dispute, training, appraisal and compensation.
∎ Maintain a relationship with worker between management to avoid any grievance and monitor daily workers safety issue about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & rout case analysis.
∎ Arrange all kinds of the meeting (Compliance Issue), make up to date the registers.
∎ Ensuring rules & regulations in the workplace and solve all types of non- compliance issues in the factory·
∎ Follow up Employees & Worker Personal File According to Buyer Requirement and Labor Law.
∎ Monitoring the organizations compensation and salary structure and benefits.
