Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate from any reputed University (MBA/ PGD on Compliance/ HR will get preference)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin, Compliance, HR, Compensation & Benefits, General HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Software Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have ability to prepare HR & Admin policy based on demand and fit in with organization to achieve the company goal.
∎ Deal with staff Recruitment and Selection process as on required and directed by management.
∎ Follow up employee performance appraisal issues and process as well as increment & promotion issues.
∎ Maintain various HR records including employee's personal files & company's important documents. Prepare and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and turnover analysis and absenteeism rates.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of organizational information and documents strictly and sincerely.
∎ Prepare Job Description for every individual employee of various Department.
∎ Maintain smooth employee relation under company policy.
∎ Maintain the procedure of disciplinary action, resignation, dismissal, discharge and termination procedure and records as per guideline of law of the country.
∎ Conduct and coordinate induction and training program for employees.
∎ Prepare various meeting minutes and reports related to HR for making further decisions based on meeting for implementation.
∎ Ensure logistic support for all employees where required. ID card, Business Card, Laptop, stationery and Procurement Support.
∎ Plays key roles as HR & Admin coordinator of the company align with the management desires. Maintain internal & external communication.
∎ Provide day to day administration and support services to the employees relating to Safety, Security, Health, House Keeping.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 yrs working experience with any IT Enable Company
∎ Should have experience on directly dealing with top Management
∎ Knowledge on Payroll software & ERP /Good Command on English & Computer
∎ Pro-active, Able to work under Pressure
∎ Goal orientation, Critical thinking & Problem solving, Leadership, Positive & Proactive, Organizational capabilities.
∎ Able to work under pressure, sound knowledge on Labor Law

Salary: Negotiable
