Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure effective human resource planning and formulate strategies
∎ Manpower forecasting and ensure on-time sourcing through proper jobs analysis
∎ Establish learning culture to develop the human resources as per the organizational goal
∎ Initiate yearly performance appraisal
∎ Design and update compensation & benefits and incremental guidelines
∎ Develop HR policies, procedures, guidelines and ensure the compliance
∎ Develop and implement Organizational Development (OD) strategies
∎ Supervise and execute administrative services
∎ Supervise, guide and develop the junior colleagues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 10 years' of relevant experience is mandatory
∎ Candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills
∎ Excellent communication, coordination & interpersonal skills
