Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting - Senior Manager (S&P)
∎ Data collection of manufacturing Labour. (Time study, capacity study)
∎ Analyzing collected data and validates data,
∎ Calculate SMV of products
∎ Calculate Floor efficiency & improve continuously
∎ Introduces new models to improve labour skill & individual throughput.
∎ Resource Planning (flow chart, bottlenecks analysis and optimizing)
∎ Appling theory of constraints and develop process flow.
∎ Method study and proposing new layout which optimize resources
∎ Develops work station to reduce motion hence fatigue.
∎ Works with manufacturing leadership team to execute workflow (Appling lean tools)
∎ Analyzing seven waste in the process and design model to minimize them.
∎ Managing projects as needed.

∎ Age 28 to 40 years
