Responsibilities & Context
· Lead end-to-end implementation, customization, and deployment of ERP.
· Manage ERP project planning, budgeting, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
· Utilize knowledge of Oracle & Odoo ERP to benchmark best practices and design effective business processes.
· Analyze and streamline business processes across Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, HR, and Supply Chain management.
· Coordinate with developers, functional consultants, business users, vendors, and top management.
· Supervise system configuration, development, testing, data migration, and integration.
· Ensure data accuracy, system security, access control, and compliance with business requirements.
· Lead user training, change management, documentation, and post-go-live support.
· Monitor ERP performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
· Provide regular project updates and strategic recommendations to management.
