Educational & Experience Requirements
- Minimum HSC or equivalent; graduates preferred.
- Freshers with a strong eye for detail are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in property preservation bidding, estimation or photo QC is a strong advantage.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of US home repairs and construction terms (training will be provided).

Zeaul Tech is looking for sharp, detail-oriented individuals to join our USA Property Preservation team as Bid & Photo QC Specialists.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review contractor photos and reports for completeness and client compliance before submission.
- Prepare accurate repair bids and estimates with photos, measurements and line items.
- Follow each client's pricing guidelines and bid format.
- Track bid approvals and update the team on approved work.
- Flag missing photos, damages or safety issues to the Coordinator.
- Maintain a clean record of all bids and QC decisions.
Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM â 5:00 AM)
