• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, CSE, or related field.

• Age At least 21 years

• Strong knowledge of trading systems, OMS, back-office software, and networking.

• Experience in server management, database administration, and cybersecurity.

• Prior leadership or managerial experience will be highly preferred.

• Lead and manage the overall IT department and strategy

• Ensure smooth operation of trading software, back-office systems, and network infrastructure

• Maintain and secure servers, databases, and IT assets

• Ensure data security, cybersecurity, and compliance with regulatory requirements (BSEC, DSE/CSE where applicable)

• Coordinate with software vendors, ISPs, and hardware suppliers

• Oversee system upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting

• Support trading floor, branch offices, and management with IT solutions

• Develop IT policies, SOPs, and risk management controls
