Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise Sr. EO-II to EO-I and Assign daily jobs with follow-up
∎ Analysis of Maintenance cost and implemented procedure for energy saving
∎ Cooperate with management about Maintenance activities
∎ Assist with production department in reducing break downtime of the machine
∎ Any kind of utility (Air, steam, water) leakage will be first priority to solve.
∎ Manpower distribution with priority basis notification
∎ Daily work/job register check & investigate properly
∎ Maintain Safety first for Sr. Fitter to Helper with documentary
∎ Daily downtime checking with analysis
∎ Checklist maintain for all machinery
∎ Preventive machine maintenance programs arrange and tightly maintain
∎ Daily all pressure-related parameters with boiler check
∎ Follow up WTP & RWTP plant activities
∎ Every day counseling with Sr.fitter to Helper at the office starting time before job assigned.
∎ Purchase requisition/Repair requisition/notification follows up with proper documentation.
∎ Ensure Fitter/Technician working safety/PPE before starting a job
∎ Monthly inventory Sr.fitter to Helper PPE and arrangement of the shortage items.
∎ ALL SR writing time should ensure machine details information
∎ Responsible for all processing machinery trouble shouting urgent basis
∎ Responsible for any requirement/demand/order from management
∎ Responsible for all mechanical parts consumption and down time minimizing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
