Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Quality Standard is being to meet forecasting and reviewing the result;
∎ Ensure overall operational activities;
∎ Plan and monitor Daily & Monthly Production targets;
∎ Fix the work priorities and combinations of the wet and dry process according to the plan & target;
∎ Give continuous guidance to the washing staff for machine utilization and daily target production;
∎ Involvement in the monitoring of materials (Chemicals) stock for uninterrupted operation;
∎ Give full support to the Research and Development Department;
∎ Make a continuous study of work improvement and give a report to the higher authority;
∎ Ensure that the team follows all safety and correct operation of the machine;
∎ Develop and ensure agile mindset for the cost saving;
∎ Conduct regular meeting with all employees once a week;
∎ Communicate with the maintenance department to ensure good running conditions of the machines & equipments for uninterrupted workflow and increase productivity;
∎ Communicate with the merchandiser & buyer for sample development & bulk production;
∎ Calculate the costing & submit wash cost for both (in-house & outside) orders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should have at least 2-3 years of work experience in washing quality with a large knit garments industry.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary: Negotiable
