Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading OD projects, programs, developing tools and resources, creating project plans and taking required initiatives for implementation.
∎ Prepare / review policy, procedure, SOPs to meet organizational goal.
∎ Reviewing organizational structure aligning with goal of the company.
∎ Providing expertise in strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
∎ Leading performance evaluation process and conducting needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
∎ Working on employee retention and analyze employee attrition to take necessary actions.
∎ Analyzing Job and ensuring proper job description to employees.
∎ Ensuring manpower optimization by evaluating job.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 5 Years of experience in Managerial role.
