Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proficiency in managing customers over phone calls, follow-ups, and texts is mandatory.
∎ Respond to incoming messages and phone inquiries.
∎ Determine to support or assist customers after sales.
∎ Manage official Facebook pages accordingly and collect leads from relevant sources.
∎ Maintain records and other documentation and up-to-date daily and monthly sales reports.
∎ Handle & resolve customer complaints and communicate issues with the team's help.
∎ Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Record sales and order information or enter sales information into a computer system.
∎ Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet sales targets.
