As a Marketing Officer / Marketing Expert at NR Consultancy, you will be responsible for promoting our study abroad services, generating student leads, building strong relationships with prospective students and their guardians, and developing effective marketing strategies to increase student enrolment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote NR Consultancy’s study abroad programmes and services.

2. Generate and manage student leads through online and offline marketing activities.

3. Communicate with prospective students and parents to understand their educational goals and introduce suitable study abroad opportunities.

4. Promote study abroad programmes through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

5. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and student engagement initiatives.

6. Arrange and participate in educational fairs, seminars, university sessions, and student counseling events.

7. Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into clients.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and relevant partners.

9. Conduct market research to identify student demands, competitor activities, and new marketing opportunities.

10. Prepare regular marketing reports and monitor campaign performance and enrollment targets.

11. Work closely with the counseling and admission teams to ensure a smooth student journey.

Job Requirements

1. Previous experience in marketing, sales, student recruitment, or educational consultancy will be an advantage.

2. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Good knowledge of social media marketing and lead generation techniques.

4. Ability to meet targets and work independently as well as within a team.

5. Strong organisational skills and a student-focused mindset.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.

7. Experience in the study abroad or international education sector will be highly preferred.
