Job Context:
∎ NK Group is now looking a Group Marketing Manager who can develops marketing strategies to achieve the organization`s objectives. He has to effectively manage the marketing activities of the entire organization.
∎ He Must have the experience in relevant position to build up & promote business with esteemed electrical line & sub-station, Medical Equipment’s, freight forwarding, Information Technology, Infrastructure Development, Construction, Trading, Ship build & Repair, and Some of the units are successfully listed.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data collection from the markets for each SBU’s and implementation the plan how to generates revenue for entire group.
∎ According to data information have to Plan, design and execute digital Marketing strategies
∎ Supervise, monitor and coordinate all kinds of marketing activities.
∎ Marketing plan for each SBU’s and reports periodically to the higher authority.
∎ Oversee the marketing staffs and also their daily schedules
∎ Monitor and report all the marketing activities and their results.
∎ As a group marketing manager also have to co-ordinate with teams across different SBU’s such as Marketing plan, corporate communications, product development and more.
∎ Meet or exceed the marketing targets given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience at least five (02) year as Manager/Asst. Manager - Corporate Marketing is mandatory.
∎ Must be committed, sincere, dynamic, proactive, dedicated, promising, good negotiator, diligent, energetic & result oriented with good communicator & negotiator.
∎ Academic Qualification & age will be flexible for more experienced candidate.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
