• Good design sense and understanding of content planning, templates, and promotional creatives.

• Knowledge of digital product promotion, audience targeting, bulk lead collection, and lead quality improvement.

• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

• Lead and supervise marketers to achieve organic marketing and lead generation targets.

• Develop effective organic marketing strategies and execution plans for digital products.

• Assign tasks, set targets, monitor team performance, and ensure marketers execute plans effectively.

• Guide team members to improve productivity, lead generation volume, and overall performance.

• Plan and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.

• Develop strategies to improve account growth, post reach, engagement, and visibility.

• Guide marketers on account optimization, posting schedules, content strategies, and audience engagement.

• Identify opportunities to improve organic reach and generate more potential customer leads.

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

• Guide marketers in creating effective social media post templates and promotional creatives for digital products.

• Review content and designs to maintain quality and align with marketing objectives.

• Plan content themes, posting frequency, and audience engagement strategies.

• Ensure social media content supports organic reach, audience interest, and lead generation goals.

𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

• Develop organic marketing strategies to generate a high volume of quality leads for our digital products.

• Identify target audiences and guide marketers in collecting relevant potential customer leads in bulk.

• Ensure collected leads are accurate, relevant, properly organized, and suitable for the Sales Team to approach.

• Develop effective methods to increase organic lead volume while maintaining lead quality.

• Set lead generation targets for marketers, monitor team performance, and ensure timely lead delivery to the Sales Team.

• Coordinate with the Sales Team to understand lead requirements and improve lead quality based on their feedback.

• Track lead volume, lead accuracy, lead quality, and team KPIs to continuously improve results.
