Education

Minimum SSC or equivalent.
Relevant training in nail art and manicure will be preferred.
Additional Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in nail art, manicure, and nail extensions is preferred.
Required Skills & Qualities:
Good computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and basic data entry.
Knowledge of computer-based billing and sales record management.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Friendly behavior, patience, and a professional attitude.
Basic knowledge of cash handling and accounts management.
Creativity, attention to detail, and personal hygiene.
Ability to work responsibly and maintain cleanliness.
Responsibilities & Context
Provide professional manicure, nail art, nail extension, and nail care services.
Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of tools and the workstation.
Welcome customers and ensure excellent customer service.
Manage customer appointments, billing, and payment collection.
Maintain daily sales records and assist with basic accounts management.
Use computer software for billing, record keeping, and basic office tasks.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain positive client relationships.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
