Officer - Administration (RMG)

Supervise Housekeeping, Transport, Staff, and workers Food Arrangement, Security Management.

Ensure transport facilities on time (pick & drop) for Sr. staff (Local) & overseas guest 

Maintain & monitoring floor housekeeping   

Responsible for Waste Management as per factory requirement

Follow up license/contact/agreement renewal

Preparing the entire administrative bill & submit to finance department on time

Preparing all PR/work order & Disburse stationary item.

Control entrance & exit system and prevent unauthorized entrance

Maintain public relation, environment, health, safety and discipline in the factory for all staffs and workers

Supervise and monitor activities of administrative personnel includes Security, Gardener & Drivers

Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
